Getting Started:
New Users:
1) Create a conference account.
2) Follow the registration instructions below.
Existing Users:
1) Log in to your existing account (upper right-hand corner of this page).
Note: Your TAICEP conference account is separate from your TAICEP membership account, so your TAICEP website login credentials will not work on the conference website.
2) Follow the registration instructions below.
Register:
1) At the bottom of this page, first select the number of attendees you are registering. Choose "1" if you are registering only yourself.
2) When registering each individual, fill in the required information and choose the ticket options from the list on the right.
3) During checkout, you will have the option to pay either by credit card or check.
If you experience difficulty submitting payment through PayPal's 'Pay with Credit/Debit Card' option, you can often resolve the issue by contacting your credit card company or bank, which may have flagged the transaction as suspicious. You can also try using a different internet browser and/or clearing your browser cache and cookies.

Early Bird Registration Discount:
Discounted early registration ends on August 1, 2026.
TAICEP Member Discount
The TAICEP Member price is available only to registered individuals with current membership. Members enjoy many benefits, including an immediate discount on conference registration and workshop fees. If you are unsure about your membership status, please inquire to answers@taicep.org. Conference registration fees do not include TAICEP membership dues.

Please take note of the following changes to this year's schedule to help with your travel planning:
Conference Check-in - Begins Sunday, Oct 25 at 1 pm.
Your conference registration includes conference sessions, plenaries, meals (3 lunches, refreshment breaks), opening reception, and other activities throughout the conference unless otherwise noted.
Single-Day Conference Registration
Want to attend the TAICEP conference but have limited time or budget? A single-day registration ticket includes refreshment breaks, lunch on one day, sessions, and other activities for just one conference day. All single-day conference attendees are invited and encouraged to attend the reception on Monday evening.
Pre & Post Conference Events
The TAICEP Conference Committee has organized guided group events on the day before the conference and the last day of the conference. We hope you'll join us.
Exhibitor Information:
The exhibitor table ticket does not include conference registration. All exhibitors must also purchase an individual conference registration. Visit the Exhibitor Information page for additional information.
