Submission Process and Deadlines:
- Tuesday, March 31, 2026 – Call for Proposals Submission Deadline
- Thursday, April 30, 2026 – Notification of Proposal Approval
- Friday, May 15, 2026 – Confirmation of Acceptable Due from Presenters
- Mid-May – Online Schedule Posted
- Sunday, June 15, 2026 – Speaker/Presenter Agreement Form Due
- September (TBD) – 'Tips for Presenters' Webinar
- Wednesday, October 21, 2026 – Presentation Slides Due
- Slides will be made available to attendees. Presenters are welcome to use their own branded PowerPoint presentations. If you'd like to use a TAICEP PowerPoint template, please let us know, and one can be provided.
Presentation Format:
We strongly encourage creative presentations that are dynamic, engaging, and promote audience involvement. Presenters must bring their own laptops. Projectors, speakers, and internet access will be provided.
Update Your Profile
If you're a speaker, author, or attendee:
- Log in to your Dryfta account (the current year conference website).
- Navigate to your Dashboard.
- Go to Profile Settings or Speaker Profile (depending on your role).
- Complete all profile information (institution/organization, job title, company, bio, etc.)
- Please upload a picture.
- Save changes.
Update Sessions:
To update or import sessions:
- Go to the Program Schedule Builder in the admin dashboard.
- You can:
- Manually edit session details (title, time, speakers, etc.).
- Or import sessions using a CSV file with required fields.
- Make sure you have selected an Intended Audience.
Upload or Update Materials:
For authors or speakers:
- Log in and go to your submission dashboard.
- Click on your abstract or session.
- Use the Upload Materials section to add files (PDFs, slides, etc.).
- You can also update previously uploaded files by replacing them.
- It is suggested that sample documents and other information with small print be uploaded to Dryfta so that session participants can better see the information.
