Submission Process and Deadlines:

• Monday, March 2, 2026 – Call for Proposals Submission Deadline
• Friday, April 3, 2026 – Notification of Proposal Approval
• Sunday, June 15, 2026 – Speaker/Presenter Agreement Form Due 
• Wednesday, October 21, 2026 – Presentation Slides Due
  Slides will be made available to attendees. Presenters are welcome to use their own branded PowerPoint presentations. If you'd like to use a TAICEP PowerPoint template, please let us know, and one can be provided.

Presentation Format:

We strongly encourage creative presentations that are dynamic, engaging, and promote audience involvement. Presenters must bring their own laptops. Projectors, speakers, and internet access will be provided.
